The Columbian Squires is the official youth organization of The Knights of Columbus. Membership is available to Catholic youth ages 10 to 18.
The Columbian Squires offer a structured organization counseled by local Knights of Columbus men, that let young men fulfill leadership roles and learn how to practice the principles that the Knights of Columbus were founded on; Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. They learn the principles by getting involved in community activities, whether it by Charity drives, working with the needy or planning and participating in sporting events to raise monies. The goals of the advisory committee and counselors are to develop community leadership skills for the youth to fulfill leadership roles for tomorrow.
